Oolong Tea

Described as an is one of the most time-consuming teas to create. As oolong is only partially oxidized it creates a tea that is not quite a black and not quite a green such as light oolong and long oxidized. It takes many years to master the precision it takes to oxidize oolong tea to perfection. The timing for arresting the oxidation stage must be exact for the required results.

Brewing a perfect cup of oolong requires careful attention. It is recommended to rinse/wash oolong prior to steeping. We recommend you enjoy oolong without milk and/or sugar to fully appreciate the bouquet of aromas present in a great oolong.

Oolong has a distinctive and delicate, sweet flavour with lovely floral notes. Extremely flavourful and highly aromatic with very smooth and soft astringency.
