White Tea

Described as an unprocessed tea as it is simply plucked and allowed to air dry. Premium white tea is made entirely of the unopened leaf buds that are covered with whitish fuzz, similar to peach fuzz, is what gives this tea the name - white tea. The new buds are plucked before they open,  they are then air dried or dried slowly with large fans.

Brewing a perfect cup of white tea requires careful attention. The result is a tea with very pale green or yellow liquor, delicate and mild in flavour and aroma with a natural sweetness.
